Originally set up as a partnership in 2002, by Margaret Moulton, Chris Carter and Trix Pearson, Cathedral City Travel remains an independent specialist travel agent trading as part of the Embassy Travel group ltd. Members of the Advantage consortia, this allows them access to all the special rates and deals and buying power the multiple agency chains have, but to retain their individuality and local flavour.

Customer service remains the key to our on-going success. Staff training and continuing research, familiarisation visits to both the popular travel destinations and to the less well-known locations ensure a broad wealth of travel knowledge.

They place a special focus on Australia and New Zealand, continually researching new destinations enabling them to give premium holiday advice to all their clients.

No matter where the destination, be it South Africa, China, Malaysia, Thailand, USA, India or Peru, Cathedral City Travel have experienced it first-hand.

Cathedral City Travel can advise you on what to see, where to stay, what to eat, or what NOT to eat. They can put together an independent itinerary using Independent Operators, in many cases saving you money.

Of course, if you find a package holiday in a brochure that suits you, they will happily book it for you, and arrange any extras, such as airport parking, hotels, travel insurance, car hire etc
